Job Title: IT Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to IT systems, software applications, and general digital skills to staff or clients. The IT Trainer will play a critical role in improving technology adoption and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging IT training sessions (in-person and online) for users at varying skill levels.
- Design training materials, manuals, and guides tailored to company systems and user needs.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software relevant to the organization.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with departments.
- Track and report on training outcomes and make improvements as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of common software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP systems, CRM tools).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
- Certification in training or IT (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or Moodle.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience training remote and hybrid teams.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment or remote.
- May require travel to different office locations or client sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
