Job Title: IT Trainer
Department: Information Technology / Training
Reports To: IT Manager / Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

The IT Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to help staff and students improve their computer skills and knowledge of technology. This role involves teaching both basic and advanced IT topics, troubleshooting user issues during sessions, and updating training materials based on new technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver training sessions on software applications, hardware, and IT systems.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and manuals.
• Assess learners’ skill levels and customize sessions accordingly.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training in classrooms or online.
• Support users in understanding and using various systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Stay updated on current technologies and integrate new tools into the training program.
• Monitor progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks.
• Patience and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and online training platforms.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/ BTECH , MTECH /MCA or any related field.
• Experience in teaching, training, or IT support is preferred and compulsory in IT .

Ranchi Chanho/Simdega.

Salary upto-20k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
