Job Title: IT Trainer (Python, Data Science, AI & ML, MERN Stack)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate IT Trainer with expertise in Python, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and MERN Stack. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive training sessions, designing course content, guiding students/professionals, and ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Python, Data Science, AI & ML, and MERN Stack for students and professionals.
• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Design real-world case studies and capstone projects to enhance practical learning.
• Guide students on projects, research, and problem-solving related to the respective domains.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve training content.
• Provide mentorship, doubt-clearing sessions, and feedback to students.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement team to support student development.
• Maintain training records and evaluate student progress and performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of:
• Python programming (OOPs, libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Data Science concepts (Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, EDA, SQL)
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Neural Networks, Deep Learning basics, NLP preferred)
• MERN Stack Development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Ability to design structured training programs and deliver engaging sessions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in developing projects for academic and industrial training.
• Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• 1 – 3years of experience in training/industry projects in Python, Data Science, AI/ML, or MERN Stack.
• Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
