Japanese Language proficiency JLPT N2/N3

Experience Range: 6-10 years

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, including:

Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Microservices.

Good knowledge and experience in Agile environment.

Hands-on experience writing Junit test cases for all layers.

Hands-on experience on MySQL

– At least 4 years of hands-on experience with .NET framework and .NET Core.

– Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, Entity Framework/Core.

– Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

– Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.

– Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Soft Skills:

– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

– Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

– Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

– Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Development:

– Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.

– Implement best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Technical Leadership:

– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

– Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

– Drive technical discussions and decisions around architecture and design.

Project Execution:

– Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

– Estimate development efforts and participate in project planning and scheduling.

– Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:

– Stay updated with the latest .NET framework updates, tools, and industry trends.

– Propose and implement improvements in development processes and methodologies.

– Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the team.

Collaboration and Support:

– Collaborate effectively with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing of applications.

– Work with DevOps teams to automate build, release, and deployment processes.

– Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed.
