Java -ETL Data Engineer

Position Description

Job Role: 6-8 yrs

Looking for a Java Developer with ETL Data Engineering skill to join the Credit development teamResponsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that enable efficient data integration, transformation, and loading processes. This role combines expertise in data architecture, ETL tools, and analytics to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

• Highly skilled Senior Java Developer Spring boot; Spring MVC; RDBMS and MongoDB to join our team in developing a robust data processing tool with advanced features such as data generation; masking; and substitution.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and ETL data engineering; with expertise in designing and implementing data processing solutions; along with proficiency in relational databases (RDBMS); MongoDB; and file handling.
• Design; develop; and maintain a data processing tool with features for data generation; masking; and substitution.
• Implement various techniques for data manipulation and transformation; including but not limited to masking; substitution; and encryption.
  
  

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications for the tool's functionality. Develop intuitive user interfaces using Angular for seamless interaction with the data processing tool. Ensure the security and integrity

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of strong proficiency in Java 8 and above; and Spring Boot; Spring MVC; JEE.
• 5+ years of experience using and managing a variety of data management technologies / platforms including leading technologies (i.e. RDBMS, noSQL, event streaming, columnar)
• 3+ years of experience in Nifi/ETL, Superset/Data visualization tools
• 3+ years in Designing end-to-end ETL workflows to extract data from various sources, transform it into usable formats, and load it into target systems.
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling principles/methods across relational, noSQL, columnar and event technologies
• 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytic modelling toolsets and workloads.
• Strong proficiency in Java file handling.
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and API development
• 4+ years of Experience with RDBMS
• 3+ years of Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong knowledge in JAVA, JEE.
• Strong experience in Interactive web application/Enterprise products is a must.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
