Java Backend Developer

Job Summary

• Backend development is a role that is a hands-on developer role focusing on back-end development including component building, framework building and eventually contribute to project delivery.
• You will be working alongside and managing other Engineers and Developers working on different layers of the Applications. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications for banking services and products.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability while ensuring security compliance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
• Respond to service disruptions/incidents as part of our internal incident procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all projects and requests.
• Adaptive, flexible and have a focus on innovation.
