In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you lead the implementation of user stories and solve business problems. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards to deliver quality client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java Microservices architecture
• Collaborate with teams to define project scope and objectives
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
• Mentor junior developers in microservices practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly
• Stay updated on microservices trends and technologies
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle
• Document technical specifications and workflows
  
  

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of experience in software engineering
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Proven experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JMS
• Understanding of financial applications, especially payment/wires
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools
• Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of containerized deployments preferred
• Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies
• Ability to present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
• Understanding of message parsing in banking messages preferred
