About The Role

Ourclient is looking for high-performing Java Developers with a strong leadership backbone to join our global integration team. This is not just a coding role; you will be the bridge between technical execution and client satisfaction. We are specifically looking for candidates of Kerala (Keralan) origin who are fluent in Malayalam and possess the cultural nuances to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

As a Team Lead, you will drive the development of scalable backend services while ensuring that the technical roadmap aligns with client expectations.

Key Mandates

• Team Leadership : Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of developers.
• Client Handling : Direct experience in client-facing roles, including requirements gathering, progress reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Linguistic Proficiency : Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
  
  

• Core Expertise : 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
• API Management : Strong experience with API Gateways (proficiency in Kong is highly preferred).
• Documentation : Deep knowledge of Swagger or OpenAPI Specifications.
• Architecture : Proven expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining highly scalable backend architectures.
• Cloud & DevOps : Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development.
  
  

• Lead & Execute : Take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex Java-based microservices.
• Client Collaboration : Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Mentorship : Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and help junior developers grow within the ecosystem.
