Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Java Developer with 2 to 6 years of strong hands-on experience in Core Java development. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Java/J2EE concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms, along with practical experience working with Java 11 or above. Exposure to cloud technologies, microservices, or similar distributed architectures is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java 11 or newer.
- Apply strong OOP principles and design patterns to build robust software modules.
- Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, testers, and DevOps engineers to deliver quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Java features, frameworks, and development trends.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Core Java development.
- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE concepts, OOPs principles, and common design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Java 11 or above.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to microservices architecture and tools such as Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
