As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will develop and maintain quality applications using Java and popular frameworks. As a Senior Associate, you will manage and inspire others while enhancing application performance and securing alignment with client needs.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• 5-8 years of experience in Java development
• Proficient in Java and SOLID principles
• Significant experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React
• Experience with application servers such as WebLogic
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor junior developers
