About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
2. Design and manage relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
3. Handle on-call support and fix production issues quickly
4. Work with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features smoothly
5. Review code, share feedback, and ensure best practices are followed
6. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
