Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Spring Boot, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications.
- Build, test, and deploy RESTful APIs for backend integrations.
- Develop high-performance backend components using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Follow best practices in version control, testing, and CI/CD environments.
- Work independently and deliver quality code during night shift operations.
- Skills: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices, GCP/Azure/AWS, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, Agile.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful API development.
- Excellent understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and API documentation tools (Swagger/Postman).
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for working with distributed teams.
- Frontend exposure with ReactJS (basic understanding or hands-on experience).
- Knowledge of multithreading and concurrency concepts in Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
