Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Java technologies. This is a night shift role, supporting our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Ensure security, data protection, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java development.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in financial or banking applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js is an added advantage.
