• During Training (6 months): ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 (based on performance)
• After Probation (Post Training): ₹20,000 - ₹22,000

Job Description:

We are seeking Java Developer Fresher candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Java programming and object-oriented principles. The position includes a 6-month training period, during which you will receive hands-on experience working with Java technologies, such as Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other related frameworks. After successfully completing the training period, you will transition into a full-time role with a salary increase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and work with Java technologies such as Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other frameworks.
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the quality and functionality of the product.
• Follow best practices for Java development and continuously improve your technical skills.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, and SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates only.
• Fresh graduates (B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Tech) with no back papers.
• Candidates must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement.

Training Period Details:

• 6 months of training with a stipend of ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 based on performance.
• After successful completion of the probationary period, the salary will increase to ₹20,000 - ₹22,000.
