Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Possess a strong understanding of AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Have experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain (nice to have).
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understand the importance of code quality and testing.
- Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a passion for technology and innovation.
