Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on expertise in Core Java and backend services. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Develop and consume RESTful services and APIs.
• Collaborate with the frontend team and other backend developers for system integration.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.
• Debug and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Core Java and related services.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and Java design patterns.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and web services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Fast learner with an open mind to receive feedback.
• Any degree (technical/non-technical) is acceptable.
• Must be willing to work from the office.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Experience with Spring or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
