Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.
- Develop and deliver high-quality course materials and hands-on projects
- Mentor and guide students through technical queries and projects
- Keep up to date with the latest Java tools, frameworks, and industry trends
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Mock interviews with students weekly or bi-weekly
- Assign tasks, projects and monitor them on a daily basis
- Technical interview preparation and guidance on the task
