Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in the Struts framework and a proven background in Payment Gateway integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-level applications, ensuring secure and seamless financial transaction handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using Struts (1.x / 2.x).
• Integrate and manage Payment Gateway solutions (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, CCAvenue, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to backend logic, payment transactions, and user interface flows.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
• Hands-on experience with Struts Framework (preferably Struts 2).
• Experience in integrating and supporting Payment Gateways.
• Solid understanding of Servlets, JSP, JDBC, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SQL and RDBMS like Oracle or MySQL.
• Good understanding of web security principles, including encryption and secure payment handling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow standard development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
