Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to architect, develop, and maintain robust server-side ERP applications. As a Team Leader, you will drive backend development, optimize database performance, and ensure seamless API integrations with frontend systems and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Architect, design, and develop backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java (1.8+), Spring, Express.Js, and Hibernate.

✔ Optimize database schemas and queries using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

✔ Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) to secure applications.

✔ Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance scalability and responsiveness.

✔ Collaborate with frontend developers and stakeholders for seamless user experiences.

✔ Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.

✔ Fix software defects/bugs and conduct root cause analysis for better system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven 2-3 years of experience in Java backend development.

Strong expertise in Spring, Hibernate, and database management.

Experience in API design, authentication, and security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of backend optimizations.

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT.
