We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to support accessibility remediation and enhancements for enterprise web applications. The role involves implementing code-level fixes for accessibility issues, improving UI components, and ensuring applications align with WCAG accessibility standards.

• Develop and maintain Java-based web applications using J2EE technologies.

• Update UI components to ensure proper semantic structure, keyboard accessibility, and ARIA compliance.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs where required.

• Work closely with QA and accessibility teams to validate remediation fixes.

• Support application deployment and maintenance in J2EE application servers.

• Analyze and implement accessibility fixes identified through accessibility scans and audits (Good to have)

• Participate in code reviews and technical troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web application development

• Experience working with Spring Framework

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and remediation practices

• Experience with REST API integration
  

• Experience with accessibility tools such as VFA, axe, or eGordian

• Exposure to Sencha / Ext JS

• Experience with Tomcat or WildFly

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps

• Experience with Oracle or NoSQL databases
  

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
