Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, Confluent Kafka, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing event-driven applications using Confluent Kafka while leveraging Spring Boot/Spring Cloud for microservices-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java (Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, Executor Services, CompletableFuture, etc.)
• Work extensively with Confluent Kafka, including producer-consumer frameworks, offset management, and optimization of consumer instances based on message volume.
• Ensure efficient message serialization and deserialization using JSON, Avro, and Protobuf with Kafka Schema Registry.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures with real-time processing capabilities.
• Optimize Kafka consumers for high-throughput and low-latency scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in distributed environments.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tool- Splunk is a plus.
