This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Core.
- Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration and communication between systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure the code quality and performance of applications by conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve the efficiency and scalability of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support database operations and optimize performance.
- Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications and systems.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Core.
- Demonstrate expertise in REST Web Services and Core Java.
- Have a solid understanding of PL/SQL and database management.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
