Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled React Lead with strong technical expertise in React.js and proven leadership experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality applications in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable React applications.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, and product teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Webpack, Babel.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with micro-front
• ends and performance optimization techniques.
