Professional Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with a strong background in developing and managing applications in the banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Java development, including hands-on expertise with Shell Scripting and Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting. The role requires a proactive leader capable of designing and implementing scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software systems tailored to the needs of the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and enhancement of Java-based applications, ensuring compliance with banking standards and regulations.

2. Design, implement, and optimize scalable, high-performance backend systems.

3. Utilize Shell Scripting for automation and process optimization.

4. Leverage Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting across systems.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

6. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and maintenance.

7. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

8. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

9. Address performance issues, optimize application efficiency, and implement robust error-handling mechanisms.

10. Stay updated with the latest trends in Java development, banking systems, and monitoring tools to drive innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
