Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain scalable and secure applications.
• Take full stack ownership by writing high-quality, production-ready, and testable code.
• Ensure optimal system design adhering to best practices for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop REST APIs using Spring Boot 3.0+ or Spring Batch in a microservices environment.
• Deploy APIs to cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, Azure, ApiGee).
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
• Use Kafka and message queues for real-time data processing.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, apply feedback, and enforce engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment for requirement gathering, development, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
• Support testing and validation processes using JUnit, Mockito, and integration test suites.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across development teams.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards.
• Actively mentor junior engineers and guide them on best practices and architecture decisions.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Solid foundation in core and advanced Java concepts.
• Proven experience in designing microservices, REST APIs, and working within Agile frameworks.
• Willingness to work night shifts and in a hybrid work model.
