Overview
Role Summary
As a JavaScript Developer at Superleap, you will play a key role in building and customizing CRM workflows, components, and integrations tailored to client needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, implementation specialists, and clients—to develop scalable, reusable, and modular JavaScript-based solutions using our internal tooling and external APIs.

Your Key Responsibilities
🔧 CRM Customization & Implementation
- Customize the Superleap CRM for various clients using JavaScript, internal libraries, and SDKs.
- Build client-specific components, UI widgets, and logic-based customizations.
- Create JavaScript-based logic flows and configurations that integrate seamlessly with Superleap’s core engine.
🔄 API & Integration Development
- Work with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party services to enable seamless CRM integrations (e.g., email systems, calendars, data pipelines).
- Create and manage custom connectors or wrappers for client-specific workflows.
🛠️ Collaboration & Problem Solving
- Partner with CRM implementation specialists to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues arising in production or UAT environments.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
⚙️ Product Enablement
- Contribute reusable components and modules to Superleap’s internal dev library.
- Collaborate with the platform and product teams to suggest enhancements based on real-world use cases.
- Ensure extensibility and maintainability of customized client instances.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+), preferably in a SaaS or product-based environment.
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
- Experience with APIs, JSON, async programming, and working with webhooks.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, SaaS configuration, or automation tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile teams with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Low Code/No Code platforms, AI-powered tools (e.g., GPT), or automation frameworks.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React.js or Next.js).
- Familiarity with Node.js or serverless environments.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and testing frameworks.
- Interest in business logic, sales workflows, and process automation.
