Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance test strategies & plan
- Create and execute scripts using JMeter
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
- Analyze test results and generate performance report
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to identify bottlenecks
- Recommend and validate tuning measures
- Support benchmarking and capacity planning initiatives
- Freshers / 0.51.5 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
- Good understanding of performance testing types (load, stress, soak, spike)
- Experience with HTTP/S, REST/SOAP APIs, and RDBMS
- Comfort with Linux environment
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
- Basic scripting skills (Groovy/Java/Shell) preferred
- Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus
- Any Degree
