Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts clearly.
A growth mindset and commitment to self-development, demonstrated through professional or academic achievements.
Experience developing with Java, GraphQL and React in a full-stack environment. Experience building responsive web applications that consume and interact with backend service APIs.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and GraphQL.
Experience working with or contributing to open-source projects is an advantage. Exposure to Magnolia CMS and/or Next.js is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development practices, including sprints, planning, and retrospectives.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development.
Advanced expertise in at least one language or framework (e.g., Java or React) and foundational skills across both front-end and back-end development.
Comfort and familiarity working within Agile methodologies.
