Jr. Android Developer (Java/Kotlin)

Position Type: Full‑Time | Experience: 0–1 Year | Location: Thane | Job Type: Work From Office

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Android applications using Java or Kotlin.
• Integrate REST APIs and work with mobile databases (SQLite, Room).
• Implement background services (WorkManager, Services, AlarmManager).
• Integrate Firebase Services (Authentication, Push Notifications, Firestore).
• Maintain clean, readable, and optimized code.
• Debug and test mobile applications for quality and performance.
• Stay updated with best practices in mobile app design and architecture.
• Assist in integrating analytics, crash reporting services, SDKs (AAR), libraries, static libraries, and plugin creation.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of Java or Kotlin.
• Created at least 1–2 Android apps (personal, academic, or published).
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON parsing.
• Familiarity with Firebase Services (Push Notifications, Firestore, Auth).
• Knowledge of mobile databases (SQLite, Room).
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
• Awareness of Git version control.
• Familiarity with Flutter and mobile app security best practices.
• Understanding of SDKs (AAR), libraries, plugin creation, and integration.
