Job Description
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations Support the creation of functional specifications, process flows, and user stories Conduct market and business research to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented Participate in testing activities including UAT support and test case reviews Help track project milestones, deliverables, and updates in project tracking tools Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team-oriented environment
