Roles Responsibilities
This role sits at the core of product execution — bridging business priorities, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and measurable outcomes. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to support the delivery of a globally used product serving enterprise customers. Be actively involved across all stages of the product lifecycle — from initial product planning and requirement discussions to solution design, development coordination, testing cycles, and final production release.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional solution discussions. Ensure requirements are clearly defined and sprint-ready before development begins. Track sprint progress, monitor dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers within defined timelines to maintain delivery velocity and quality standards.
Support testing phases, user validation cycles, and release governance processes to ensure smooth deployments. Maintain structured communication with stakeholders on priorities, risks, and progress.
Must Have
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Technically sound with the ability to understand system workflows, product architecture, and effectively collaborate with engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High ownership mindset with a proactive, execution-focused approach. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global product environment. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing MBA/PGDM (2-year regular full-time residential program) - Major/ Minor in Operations and Analytics - Preferred
- Prior understanding of ServiceNow - Preferred
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Agile methodology or product-based environments (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, project, or extracurricular initiatives
- Comfortable engaging with global stakeholders and business users
