Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis or product support roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Exposure to FinOps concepts and cloud cost management across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with cloud cost tools like CloudHealth, AWS Cost Explorer, or similar.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of basic financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and their application in business workflows.
