Overview
Your Responsibilities- Interpret data, manage incentive trackers on monthly basis
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain incentive trackers
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns from monthly achieved numbers
- Create new visibilities for the new introduced teams
- Understand and improve attribution logic being used
- Work with different teams for RCA of the attributions
- Transparent incentive calculation and real time tracking
- Proven Experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Knowledge of analyzing data with Excel
- Strong knowledge of SQL, writing queries and dashboarding
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant data of information with attention to detail and accuracy
