What's the Junior Data Analyst role at Ditto?
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Marketing Team at Ditto. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about data, insights, and analytics. You will play a key role in helping us make data-driven decisions by analyzing performance metrics and generating meaningful reports.
Key Responsibilities :
Collect, clean, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key marketing metrics.
- Assist in tracking the performance of campaigns across different channels (Google Ads, Influencer Marketing, Affiliates, etc.).
- Support the team in making data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and business teams to identify trends and opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
What are we looking for?
Undergraduate in Finance, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or any other related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in data analysis (internships or projects in data-related fields would be a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
- Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency (should know basic functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
Power BI (Bonus Point): Basic knowledge.

Our Interview Process:
We would like to help you minimise your time and effort. There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 2 weeks time.
