We’re building a lean, globally distributed Tech Pod powering three high-growth ventures across SaaS and personal development. We’re looking for 1–2 hungry, growth-oriented Junior Developers to join us on the ground floor, working under the guidance of a Senior Developer and a veteran Project Manager.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on development experience (internships count!)
- Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework (e.g., React, Next.js, or Node/NestJS)
- Solid grasp of databases (preferably PostgreSQL), REST APIs, and Git
- Eagerness to learn Python/Django, React Native, Docker, or AWS if you’re not already familiar
- A team player with strong communication skills and a growth mindset
- Bonus: experience with AI tools (OpenAI), Prisma ORM, or mobile development
- Build meaningful products that serve small business owners, high-performing teams, and emerging leaders
- Mentorship from senior engineers and PMs with clear career pathways

- Potential for long-term contract and phantom equity for key contributors
