JOB DESCRIPTION

NeuLeap AI is looking for passionate and fast-learning Gen AI Engineers to work on cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent-based systems in real production environments.

As a Gen AI Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to build, test, and deploy GenAI pipelines. You will gain exposure to prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and model integrations while contributing to production-ready AI features.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and maintain GenAI pipelines using LLMs

- Implement prompt engineering and RAG workflows

- Work with embeddings and vector databases

- Integrate LLM APIs into backend systems

- Assist in building AI agents for specific use cases

- Test and validate GenAI outputs for quality and reliability

- Collaborate with data and product teams

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Python programming

- Basics of LLMs and Generative AI

- Prompt engineering fundamentals

- RAG concepts

- Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate – basic)

- API integration

- SQL and data handling

- Cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP)
