Junior PHP Developer

Overview

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, working on backend development, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Build reusable, efficient, and testable PHP code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues with applications in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and API integrations.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.
• Ensure the application is secure, optimized, and ready for deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and assist junior developers in improving their skills.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in PHP and Laravel development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in PHP and expertise in the Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Proficiency in working with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PHPUnit and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
