About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities
2. Support module configuration, customization, and implementation
3. Work with the technical team for bug fixes and functional enhancements
4. Conduct UAT, prepare documentation, and provide end-user support
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, developers, and clients)
6. Ensure timely delivery and quality of Odoo solutions

Other Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of Odoo framework and modular structure

2. Knowledge of Odoo functional workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing)

3. Ability to configure, customize, and test Odoo modules

4. Familiarity with Python, XML, and Odoo Studio (bonus)

5. Good communication and problem-solving skills

6. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks
