Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate React Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. You will work on building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications, collaborating closely with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Location: Pune

Mode of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and related technologies.
  
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
  
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  
• Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces across multiple browsers and devices.
  
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
  
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in front-end development.
  
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in front-end development.
  
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  
• Familiarity with state management (Redux or Context API).
  
• Basic understanding of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
  
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
  
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Understanding RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:

• Exposure to UI testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Vite.
  
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
  
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
