Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our growing team in Madurai (Onsite). The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of strong technical experience in full-stack development using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.

You will be involved in the end-to-end development of modern web applications—from front-end interfaces to back-end logic and database integration. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using React.js and Node.js
2. Build reusable front-end components and libraries for future use
3. Implement and maintain secure and scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs
4. Work with MongoDB and MySQL for effective data storage, management, and querying
5. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, senior developers, and product managers to deliver user-centric solutions
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring optimal performance
7. Follow agile methodologies and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
8. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that meets industry standards
9. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development

Required Technical Skills:

1. Proficient in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components, Redux is a plus)
2. Strong knowledge of Node.js (Express.js experience preferred)
3. Working experience with MongoDB and MySQL
4. Good understanding of RESTful API integration and development
5. Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
6. Basic understanding of security principles, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and deployment
7. Knowledge of development tools such as VS Code, Postman, and debugging tools
