About the job:

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Product Owners, Application, and Engineering teams on assigned projects or modules.
Take complete ownership of tasks from sprint assignment to production-ready deployment.
Ensure all testing activities meet defined entrance and exit criteria, maintaining alignment with established QA standards and processes.
Analyse, estimate, and deliver assigned tasks with precision and minimal deviation.
Lead, mentor, and guide QA team members, supporting their upskilling and career development.
Define, enhance, and implement QA best practices to ensure consistent quality across releases.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve the team's efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
Gain a deep understanding of product features, user flows, and application behaviour to ensure robust test coverage.
