8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting and a variety of technical infrastructure services. 8848 Digital provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies around the world including custom solutions on web and mobile.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas to support applications and business processes. As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for writing complex SQL code, creating database objects, and maintaining high-performance, reliable, and secure databases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Design and manage database objects, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Implement ETL processes for data migration and transformation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver SQL solutions and reports.
• Creating and maintaining database documentation.
• Research required data & Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year in SQL development, database design, and query optimization.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Proficiency in query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Experience with ETL processes and database security best practices.
• Certifications in SQL Server or related technologies.
• Experience with BI tools, cloud databases, and NoSQL solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and effective time management.
