KreditBee is Indias largest fintech lending platform with a current monthly disbursement of over ?2200 Crores. It has 80 Million+ downloads on Google Play Store and over 85 Lakh unique loan customers. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property(LAP),DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Management :

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and code quality.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  
  

Project Management

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track progress and manage changes in project scope and schedule.
• Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
• Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status and technical aspects.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
  
  

Innovation And Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and methodologies.
• Advocate for and implement new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
• Encourage team members to innovate and think creatively.
  
  

Skills And Expectations

Technical Proficiency :

• Experience on skills of Go, Python, ReactJS, NodeJs
• Proficiency in understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc).
• Experience in with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Excellent communication and Presentation Skill and Analytical Skill problem solving
• Experience in team handling and Leadership role.
  
  

Experience : 4-8 years industry experience

Qualification : B.Tech / B.E with a technical background
