Position Overview

Softlink Global is calling all coding superheroes - Full-Stack Developers! We are a leading software development company specializing in logistics and freight forwarding solutions. This role involves developing and optimizing robust web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, MS SQL, and React/Redux. The ideal candidate will have strong JavaScript programming skills, a solid understanding of the HTML and XML Object Models, and the ability to write optimized SQL queries. Excellent problem-solving abilities, algorithm development skills, and effective communication are essential for collaborating in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building & Maintaining : Develop powerful web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL-because coding should be fun and impactful.
• React-ing & Redux-ing : Create smooth, dynamic front-end features with React/Redux to keep our users happy and coming back for more.
• SQL Sorcery : Write efficient, optimized SQL queries to make data flow as smoothly as possible.
• DOM & XOM Mastery : Manage HTML's Document Object Model (DOM) and XML's Object Model (XOM)-no model left behind!
• Collaboration Overload : Work with awesome cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions that make the world go round.
• Algorithmic Wizardry : Craft and implement algorithms that boost app performance and functionality. You'll be the mastermind behind how things run behind the scenes.
• Bug-Squashing : Troubleshoot, resolve defects, and squash those pesky bugs with precision.
• Code Review : Share your knowledge and learn from peers while ensuring our code is top-notch. Code reviews are your playground!
• Communication Skills On Point : Talk to both technical and non-technical teams, making sure everyone's on the same page (even when things get a little chaotic).

• Min 3 years of experience working with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, MS SQL, JavaScript
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries with a satisfactory level of optimization
• Sound knowledge of HTML Document Object Model and XML Object Model
• Strong JavaScript programming skills
• Good Algorithm development ability
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
