Overview
We are looking for a skilled L1 Technical Support Engineer to provide end-user support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Experience : 6 months to 1 Year
Work Location : Trichy
Work Mode : Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Manage shift responsibilities independently.
Adhere to SLA requirements and follow up on escalated issues.
Log and track incidents using ticketing tools.
Work in 24x7 rotational shifts with two days off (not necessarily on weekends)
Requirements:
Excellent/good communication skills to interact effectively with users.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (mandatory).
Prior experience in desktop support or help desk roles.
Proficiency in desktop operating systems and productivity applications.
