Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Level 2 Network Engineer with a valid CCNP certification and 5-9 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting complex network infrastructures.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Level 2 Network Engineer with a valid CCNP certification and 5-9 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting complex network infrastructures.
Must Have Skills
- CCNP Global Certification
- Switching, Routing, Network Engineering, Change request, Indident
- Proven experience with enterprise-grade Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Responsible for coordinating with Field Engineers to troubleshoot issues related to Critical branches/offices.
- Ownership of change request and incidents to determine root cause
- Identification and mitigate various security threats Maintaining internal IT System in adherence with Bank policies and standards
- Offsite technical implementation, installation, and configuration of hardware when required
- All the escalations done by L1relating to other branches are handled by L2 Engineers.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and related network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
- Implement network configurations, security measures, and updates in line with industry best practices.
- Assist in network design, planning, and capacity management for scalability and performance.
