Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Laravel Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Laravel framework and will possess additional expertise in WordPress or Shopify. In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, optimizing websites, and ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Build custom features and functionalities within WordPress or Shopify based on business requirements.
• Design and implement database structures, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Work with front-end developers to create responsive, user-friendly websites and applications.
• Implement APIs and integrate third-party services into web applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure project success.
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage and lead junior developers, guiding them on best practices and complex tasks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development, specifically with the Laravel framework.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress or Shopify development, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Expertise in object-oriented PHP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Solid experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with deployment and continuous integration (CI) processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid and WordPress REST API.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management).
• Previous experience in mentoring and leading junior developers.
• Knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
