About The Role
We are looking for a technology-oriented Business Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a technology-oriented Business Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to define requirements, coordinate project execution, and ensure successful delivery of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.

- Requirements Documentation : BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories
- Project Management Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Trello
- Methodologies : Agile, Scrum
- Stakeholder Management & Communication :
- Technical Understanding : APIs, Microservices, System Integration
- Diagramming Tools : Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio
- CRM Tools : HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and user stories.
- Validate requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder feedback.
- Map business processes to technical specifications in collaboration with development teams.
- Work with architects and developers to define APIs, system workflows, and data models.
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Track progress using Agile tools and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and handle changes in scope effectively.
- Lead client meetings, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Act as a communication bridge between the client and technical teams.
- Ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Create process flow diagrams, system design maps, and technical documentation using modern tools.
- Continuously identify process inefficiencies and suggest actionable improvements.
- Support pre-sales by contributing to proposals, technical presentations, and client pitches.
- Track client interactions and engagement through CRM systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (BE, BCA, MCA, MSc IT, MBA IT/Marketing, etc.).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT services or product-based environments.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to work on mobile and web application projects.
- Experience coordinating development teams and managing project timelines.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and wireframing or prototyping tools.
- Working knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and microservices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates based in Gujarat or open to relocation will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly desirable.
