Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, especially for interaction with US clients.
• AI Development Experience: Minimum 3+ years in AI development, particularly in multi-agent systems and logistics.
• A/B and Beta Testing: Proven experience in conducting A/B testing and beta testing for AI systems.
• Chatbot Development: Hands-on experience in developing Agentic and RAG-based chatbots from design to deployment.
• Technical Proficiency:
• CrewAI and LangChain tools.
• Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• AI application deployment.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience setting up monitoring dashboards (Grafana, Tableau, or similar).
• Knowledge of distributed systems, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
• Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Key Responsibilities:

• AI System Development:
• Architect and implement a multi-agent AI system using CrewAI and LangChain tools.
• Develop AI agents for decision-making, task delegation, and logistics optimization.
• Testing & Optimization:
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize workflows and improve AI decision-making models.
• Perform beta testing and real-world simulations to ensure system robustness.
• Integration & Deployment:
• Deploy LLM applications and integrate AI systems with logistics platforms (TMS, WMS).
• Utilize LangChain tools for knowledge retrieval and API integrations.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Set up monitoring dashboards to track AI performance and test results.
• Analyze and optimize AI model interactions for scalability.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
• Lead a team in AI development, mentoring junior engineers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics systems (route optimization, shipment tracking, demand forecasting).
• Knowledge of graph theory, network optimization, and blockchain for AI security.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
