Overview
? Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams. ? Requirements Discussion with clients and Understand Client Objectives ? Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis. ? Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements ? Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process flows, wireframes etc. ? Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts - Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneously ? Work independently with minimal or no supervision - Engineering/Business Analysis experience with a successful track successfully
